Progressive, Graduated Sizes

The system includes five graduated vaginal cone sizes, allowing for gradual progression over time:

• Size 0: 7cm x 1.5cm (2.75" x 0.6")
• Size 1: 9cm x 2.0cm (3.54" x 0.8")
  
• Size 2: 11cm x 2.5cm (4.33" x 1.0")
• Size 3: 14cm x 3.0cm (5.51" x 1.2")
• Size 4: 16cm x 3.5cm (6.3" x 1.4")

Each size is designed to help increase tolerance gradually, so you can move forward at your own pace.
